Body Readiness Check

Resting heart rate, VO2 max estimate, mobility screen, movement quality. Conducted with a partner sports physio in Bengaluru. Output: a one-page physical readiness profile that shapes every session you attend.

Mental Baseline

Stress and Load Intake

A validated stress assessment plus a 20-minute intake with a therapist. Output: a one-page mental load profile. Reviewed again at three months. Most members are surprised by what actually shifts.
